Meet Our Team

A Group of Professionals

Our Team Dover

Alanna Erwin

Medical Assistant

Education/Experience: I am a certified Medical Assistant and began my career at Union Hospital Cleveland Clinic. I enjoyed the fast pace of the emergency room and loved providing care to the patients in need.

Why Fine Arts? I started working on Dr. Hartman’s ENT side of his practice where I witnessed his love and passion for his patients. When I was asked to help on the Fine Arts side, I was ecstatic! Our team is amazing and I love witnessing the confidence Dr. Hartman instills in his clients.

Family: I have been married for 5 years to my amazing husband Russ. Together we have two beautiful (and ornery) daughters, Lily and Gianna. We cannot forget about our loving dog Nala who completes our family.

Hobbies: My hobbies include making memories with my family, being outdoors, and going on dates with my husband.

What Matters: Spending quality time with my family! Always loving deeply and my passion for helping others.

KYLIE FONDRIEST

Client Relations Specialist

Why Fine Arts? I considered this place a dream job when I walked through the doors at Fine Arts Skin and Laser. I instantly loved the energy, the confidence I felt, and the excellent service provided. It made me very intrigued to learn more about the Aesthetic industry. I love watching our client's confidence grow through each appointment and building friendships with each and every one. I feel so lucky and blessed to come to work each day.

Family In my personal life, I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two sweet kiddos. We love being outdoors and active as a family.

Hobbies I am passionate about being involved in the community. For the last couple of years, my kids and I have delivered Meals on Wheels to the elderly. I am also very passionate about animals and feel honored to be on the Committee for fundraising at the Tuscarawas Humane Society.

MEGHAN GORDON

RN, BSN

Education /Experience: I graduated from the University of Akron in 2017 with my BSN, and have worked in the hospital setting for four years before joining the Fine Arts team. I have known I wanted to be a nurse from a young age. My younger brother was born with cerebral palsy so I had the opportunity to witness the great care nurses gave not only him but my whole family. I knew from that time that I wanted to help people have the same positive medical experience and feel the same compassion those nurses showed my family.

Why Fine Arts? I have always loved the side of nursing that allows you to build relationships with patients. Working at Fine Arts has allowed me to get to know so many wonderful people and be a part of their journey to look and feel their best. Seeing our patients’ confidence grow will always be one of my favorite parts of this job! The staff here is also like a second family and make every day at work the best!

Additional Reading

Family: My husband Cody and I got married in July of 2019. We are working on completing the final touches of our home that Cody built from the ground up! We are also proud dog parents to our two german shepherds, Samantha and Ozzy.

Hobbies: One of my favorite hobbies is running! I love running in 5ks and have completed a half marathon. Every summer my family holds the Run For Zack 5k race to raise money for a scholarship in my brother’s memory as well! My husband and I also enjoy being outdoors, scuba diving in different tropical locations, and spending time with our family and friends.

What Matters: Quality time and making memories with family and friends is so important to me. Faith in God is what guides my husband and I’s lives, and we are incredibly grateful for the people and relationships we have been blessed with!

Melissa Hartman

Chief Financial Officer, MA

Education/Experience: I received my BA from Lehigh University and my MA from New York University.

Why Fine Arts? I love witnessing the emotional transformation that happens in a client after a rejuvenation package treatment – seeing the new sense of well-being and confidence. For that to happen with every client, the staff also needs to be taken care of – and that’s my job. I take great joy in operating behind the scenes to support the team; I love fine-tuning Fine Arts Skin & Laser to provide exceptional client satisfaction (we call it the “Wow” experience) and still be an exceedingly pleasant place to work.

Family: I have been married to David since 2001, and I love collaborating with him on this adventure. I’m so proud to watch him meld his artistic talents, remarkable patient-care instincts, and outstanding surgical skills to create Fine Arts Skin & Laser. Together, we have two wonderful children – Lucy and Jonas.

Hobbies: I love my kids! I often end up shooting hoops and playing soccer with Jonas (though I’m awful); Lucy, my hang-out buddy, is content to just sit and talk – she loves to write fiction and aspires to be a novelist one day. There’s nothing better than relaxing on the front porch and visiting with friends as our kids play happily in the yard. I’m fascinated with food and when I find the time, I read cookbooks obsessively. I also love music, though I’m not singing as much as I’d like. Active with New Pointe Community Church, I volunteer as a women’s small group leader and serve on the Sunday check-in team.

What matters: I’m constantly learning about who God is and His love for people. It’s important to me to grow in my relationship with Him. I fail all the time, but am trying to “fail forward” and not beat myself up when I make mistakes. I want my kids to know about God’s boundless love for them.
