Client Relations Coordinator
Education/Experience: I am the friendly voice at the other end of the phone most times when you call our office. Earlier in life, I served in Iraq and Kuwait as a certified Combat Life Saver. I have been working alongside Dr. Hartman in the procedure rooms since September 2016.
Why Fine Arts? Before working at Fine Arts Skin & Laser, I was a client. I had mild acne and facial redness, so much that it was affecting my self-esteem. Dr. Hartman and his team helped to educate me on treatments and products that would be the most effective. I am proud to say that my face is now flawless, and my self-esteem is back to a 10. When I was offered a position, I knew immediately that I wanted to be a part of the team that “makes a difference.”
Family: I have been married to my husband, Christopher, for a year and half. We recently bought our first home and are making it our own. Chris and I have two “fur babies”: Judah (Great Pyrenees) and Django (German Shepherd), who have 10 ½ acres to roam and play on.
Hobbies: I love to go horseback riding any chance I get! I also enjoy attending cooking classes with my husband, trying new food from different cultures (foodie for life), writing in my blog, filming weddings, and sleeping (I really love my bed).
What Matters: Allow me to share this scripture with you from The Book of Philippians 4:6-7. Paul writes this while being in prison (yes, prison): “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don’t forget to thank him for his answers. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand.”
Education/Experience: I attended National Beauty College, and am certified in advanced facials, body treatments, and full body relaxation massage.
Why Fine Arts? My favorite part of what I do is getting to see clients’ confidence grow after every visit as they let their inner beauty show on the outside. I love working in an excellence-oriented workplace like Fine Arts Skin & Laser where I can use my talents to give the best in client care.
Family: With my husband, Doug, we raise three children: Lane, Jensen, and Allie.
Hobbies: My hobbies include family time around the campfire, reading, and gardening.
What Matters: My faith guides me in life and is an important principle I want to instill in my children. Christ, family, and friends are the most important things in my life.
Education/Experience: I attended Aveda Institute in Columbus, OH. While there, I took every opportunity to attend advanced classes. I also enjoyed leadership roles in the school, including mentoring younger students. I am certified in advanced facials, full body relaxation massages, and body treatments, such as SculpSure®.
Why Fine Arts? I love being a part of Fine Arts! The people I work with are amazing, and the clients I meet are unforgettable. I cherish being able to help my clients with their skin care and body needs. I get so much satisfaction when they leave feeling beautiful and confident.
Hobbies: I love traveling, but also love just hanging out with friends and family.
What Matters: My faith is very important to me. I’m grateful for all the people and opportunities in my life. I realize the importance of giving back. I enjoy helping others and this job gives me the perfect opportunity to do so.
Education/Experience: I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration – marketing from Kent State University and have worked in the spa/wellness industry for many years. I am also a 200-hour registered yoga instructor and certified barre instructor.
Why Fine Arts? I was introduced to Fine Arts Skin & Laser and Dr. Hartman as a client. When the opportunity to become part of the marketing team was presented to me, I jumped at the chance to work at such an exciting and growing place. I love getting to interact with clients and watch them gain confidence through the literally life-changing results they receive in our office.
Family: I have been married to my wonderful husband Paul for over 10 years and together we raise our three sons, Mason, Liam, and Elias, as well as our “furry son,” Barkley. Our hands are full, but our hearts are bursting.
Hobbies: My hobbies include yoga, working out, reading, and chasing our boys. You can usually find me in the stands cheering on Mason at swim meets or on the sidelines as Liam attempts soccer and t-ball. My boys love to help me try new recipes, so we spend a lot of time experimenting in the kitchen and making messes!
What Matters: My faith is a constant work in progress as I strive to practice patience and grace every day. I try to fall asleep at night practicing gratefulness for every person and thing in my life, good or bad. It is my mission to teach my children to do the same.
Education/Experience: I hold a degree in medical assisting/applied science and have a Radiographer License with The Ohio State Dental Board. I worked for 30 years for the extraordinary David Winston, DDS, before joining Fine Arts. I was honored to collaborate with him in caring for our many wonderful patients.
Why Fine Arts? Patient care is extremely rewarding to me! I love being part of a team that is committed to their patients’ care and well-being.
Family: I have been married for 30 years to my high school sweetheart and love of my life – Curt. Together, we have been blessed with three children. Dakota is a senior at Kent State majoring in criminal justice and is a proud member of The United States Coast Guard. Delana is a senior at Dover High School. She is an accomplished vocalist, gymnast, and member of the varsity cheer squad and school choir. Diana is 16 and is a violinist, and a member of Dover Varsity Cross Country and Dance Team. Our dog Wesson and cat Riley complete the Cope Family.
Hobbies: I am lovingly labeled a clean freak with an extreme attention to detail by my friends and family, which I proudly own! I love spending my time tending to our home and cooking large meals and desserts. I would own every cookbook available if I had the opportunity! My husband and I center our lives on supporting our children through their educations and activities.
What Matters: Jesus Christ is the center of our family and daily lives. Our wish is always to respect and be grateful for the journey He has planned for us, and to work harder at the faith and patience needed to honor those plans. We are so blessed with a loving God who guides us with love and understanding every day.
Education/Experience: I received my BA from Lehigh University, and my MA from New York University.
Why Fine Arts? I love witnessing the emotional transformation that happens in a client after a rejuvenation package treatment – seeing the new sense of well-being and confidence. For that to happen with every client, the staff also needs to be taken care of – and that’s my job. I take great joy in operating behind the scenes to support the team; I love fine-tuning Fine Arts Skin & Laser to provide exceptional client satisfaction (we call it the “Wow” experience) and still be an exceedingly pleasant place to work.
Family: I have been married to David since 2001, and I love collaborating with him on this adventure. I’m so proud to watch him meld his artistic talents, remarkable patient-care instincts, and outstanding surgical skills to create Fine Arts Skin & Laser. Together, we have two wonderful children – Lucy and Jonas.
Hobbies: I love my kids! I often end up shooting hoops and playing soccer with Jonas (though I’m awful); Lucy, my hang-out buddy, is content to just sit and talk – she loves to write fiction and aspires to be a novelist one day. There’s nothing better than relaxing on the front porch and visiting with friends as our kids play happily in the yard. I’m fascinated with food and when I find the time, I read cookbooks obsessively. I also love music, though I’m not singing as much as I’d like. Active with New Pointe Community Church, I volunteer as a women’s small group leader and serve on the Sunday check-in team.
What matters: I’m constantly learning about who God is and His love for people. It’s important to me to grow in my relationship with Him. I fail all the time, but am trying to “fail forward” and not beat myself up when I make mistakes. I want my kids to know about God’s boundless love for them.
Director of First Impressions
Education /Experience: I attended Aveda Institute in New York City. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for over 18 years. I specialize in hair and makeup for all special events.
Why Fine Arts? I love to witness people bloom and grow with the confidence they can have when they feel good about their appearance. Dr. Hartman has created a wonderful atmosphere to work in that has fed my passion to further my education in advanced technology in health, beauty, and skincare.
Family: I am a Mom to three beautiful girls, Penelope, Mila, and Bay. They are the light of my life and the greatest blessing.
Hobbies: I love watching my girls pursue their passions. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My girls and I are active at our church and spend time serving there and in our community.
What matters: My relationship with Christ is very important to me. I want to be the hands and feet of Jesus here on earth. I have been able to do this with mission work in Ecuador and I am excited to see where God leads me!
Education/experience: I am a registered nurse and earned my ADN from Herzing University. Prior to becoming part of the staff at FASL, I worked in the hospital setting. I have experience in critical care, telemetry, medical/surgical, hospice, and the MRDD field. I love being a nurse and having the opportunity to provide patient care.
Why FASL?: I first came to FASL as a patient. I loved the office staff and the services I had received. I couldn’t have been more thrilled when a nursing position was offered to me! Working as an aesthetic nurse is my dream job! I really like being a part of the surgical team and being able to build relationships with cliental. I feel honored to be able to be a part of their journey and to get to see their results, physically and emotionally!
Family: I have been married to my husband, Mike, for 8 years. He’s an orthopedic surgeon and we actually met at the hospital! We have 3 little boys together. Luca is our oldest, and Gino and Gianni, our youngest, are identical twins. The house is very active, and the boys keep us on our toes!
Hobbies: My main hobby is chasing my 3 boys around. Thankfully for them, I’m a nurse because someone always seems to have a boo boo! Most evenings you’ll find me outside with my neighbors and all of our kids playing in the cul-de-sac! I enjoy anything that keeps me active. Working out is great stress relief for me. I regularly attended classes at Orangetheroy Fitness, I enjoy running, and walking my Chihuahua Vinnie. My husband and I love wine and good food! We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family.
What matters: Being present and making memories with my husband and our boys is everything to me. As much as a house full of boys can make me want to pull my hair out at times, nothing makes me more fulfilled than my family. Growing together in our faith and trying every day to be better is a constant work in progress, in both my personal and professional life. As a nurse, I’m always striving to advance my education and knowledge in the aesthetic world. I genuinely want to provide the best care and experience to our cliental. I want the love for what I do to be evident to every patient that I’m lucky enough to come in contact with.
